Assemblaggio finale – Diagnosi di perdite
Soluzione RFID per diagnosi completamente automatizzata delle perdite durante l'ispezione finale; le nuove vetture vengono testate per rilevare eventuali perdite attraverso un impianto sprinkler.
La soluzione di sistema completamente automatizzata di Turck si basa sulla tecnologia UHF RFID e rileva eventuali perdite nel telaio di un veicolo senza bisogno di interventi manuali. I supporti di dati autoadesivi vengono fissati al telaio del veicolo in tutti i punti pertinenti. I supporti di dati reagiscono all'umidità cambiando la propria impedenza. Dei gate RFID collocati prima e dopo lo sprinkler leggono tutti i supporti di dati. Il sistema confronta i valori e segnala gli errori direttamente al sistema MES dell'utente.

- Il tag del sensore UHF RFID passivo può essere fissato al metallo e letto anche in punti di difficile accesso

- I supporti di raccolta dati sono disponibili in diverse varianti, nel formato compatto di 21,5 x 73-mm e con varie barre di estensione
